Examining the system through a nonpartisan lens, she makes the case for voting innovations, already implemented in parts of the country, that give citizens more choice and incentivize politicians to work towards progress and solutions instead of just reelection.

As an experimental physicist whom I knew would say,  theory sounds very well in theory, but in practice a practical solution is more efficient. Does anybody knows about real world applications of such method?

Оно конечно. Тем не менее там было утверждение, что якобы это где-то используется. Интерсно бы посмотреть.

У ign не так давно был разговор (он собирался голосовать за это в МА, и написал, а в комментарии пришёл мексиканский профессор gomberg, у которого это любимая тема).

Нa Аляске это только что утвердили, говорят, что поэтому мадам Мурковская теперь вообще ничего не боится.
